Refund Policy
At LUMÉ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
As our product is a skincare serum intended for topical use, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used products are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing one unit to try before ordering in larger quantities.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lumeserum.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
