Shipping Policy

At LUMÉ, we offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time

Standard shipping within the United States takes 2–5 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing. LUMÉ is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
International Shipping

At this time, LUMÉ ships to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries soon.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@lumeserum.com within 7 days. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
